Stayed in this condo late March 2012 with a party of seven. Juan was great and helped with everything (even provided an additional inflatable matress). We were worried since we didn't receive arrival info (instructions about key etc.) until very late, but this turned out to be a non-issue. Unit was exactly what it says: it was even nicer than we expected, pictures don't do it justice. It has all appliances etc. and modern TVs in every room, plus comfortable sofas and beds plus free parking in a garage. Would definitely rent again.

Great for families. New modern furnishings. Nice view of the ocean. Well maintained doorman building with security. Great location directly across the street from beach. Juan at aYP Rentals was great to work with. Everything he promised he delivered.
The condo we rented was ideal. It was beautiful, had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels that were provided. The guys we dealt with were great! Would not hesitate to rent from you guys again :)
