We liked the apartment. Fully furnished, very nice view. The rental included parking and WiFi. Building is located about 4-5 blocks from the beach. The service was excellent, beyond call of duty.

The unit, complex and management were all very nice to deal with. Units are nice sized and very comfortable. Furnished with everything including beach chairs and umbrella. Ayp was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great experience start to finish. Juan (from aYP rentals) arranged for us to drop off bags/pick up keys early. Apartment had huge living room/dining room, well equiped kitchen (over 2 dozen glasses, cutlery/dishes for around 10 or 12), large washer/dryer (important in Miami if you're hitting the beach every day or two). Lots of sheets/blankets/towels, a pack-n-play crib (if you're travelling with a small child), free self-park (so you don't have to wait for the valet), and free parking for visitors (rare in Miami). Someone left beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet. We were there over New years, and someone from aYP dropped off a bottle of champagne in the appartment. Fortunately, we had some friends over to help us finish it - The 11th floor appartment has an unobstructed view of most of the city, and you can stand out on the balcony, see fireworks all across the horizon, and hear music wafting from a dance place across the water. - Really a special evening, and a great stay. Location: safe area, nice building (nice to their staff too, e.g. building let the pool maintenance worker bring his kid to work over the Christmass break), short (5-10 min) walk to the beach, but not actually on the beach (it is on the intercoastal side of sunny isles).

El procedimiento de alquiler via internet fue fcil e impecable, siempre atentos a nuestras dudas y requerimientos, todo estaba tal como lo pactado. Agradecemos a Juan Minella, nuestro contacto en Miami, por su buena disposicin. El departamento es cmodo,alegre y luminoso. Slo le faltara completar un poco ms la vajilla, particularmente vasos y cubiertos que estn demasiado justos. Las camas son muy cmodas. La ubicacin result muy prctica, tanto para la playa como las compras, con accesos rpidos atodos lados. La puesta de sol en el balcn fue una de las cosas que ms disfrutamos. Tambin resulta placentero caminar por Collins al atardecer. Nos llevamos un muy buen recuerdo de este lugar.

Ayp has been great to deal with and they did not let us down yet again. This unit is in a fantastic location, especially for those with kids.

This condo is both beautiful and comfortable. The view and the location are marvelous. Having stayed in this condo a number of times, each return visit is like coming home. The staff of aYP Rentals is very accommodating and welcoming, which really adds so much to the vacation experience. I look forward to another stay!

Advising avoid any problem ,due the fact that I rent 2 apart.in comparation 1101 is in better conditions than 1003 .very old TV sets location and amenities are very good the furniture you have to move for using the bed in the living room must be a light one not a very hevy small table that was broken before we enter in 1101

Great location. Great view of intra coastal. Very clean, walking distance to beach shopping restaurants Juan and his staff could not have been any more accommodating Was a pleasure to work with gladly recommend to friends and family

friendly reception, nice looking and good surroundings inside and outside the apartment, very comfortale and feel like a home you can inmagine.
