Decent Condo - Responsive Property Management

Condo is over all decent. We exclusively stay at Windsor Hills when traveling to the area several times per year. The location is prime for access to all the Disney parks with grocery stores close by. Beds are comfortable but do not come standard with a fitted bottom sheet. The corporate ownership insists that using a flat sheet tucked in, which constantly comes off the bed and bunches up, is the standard. However, after a firm request they ordered a set of sheets from the store close by and had me go pick them up. Not ideal but it worked out I guess. We will not stay with AYP again due to this interaction and its inconvenience.

Wonderful place, felt very safe, it was clean and easy to access. We did not have a code for pool gate which I believe is needed. The water slide was not available when we went not sure if it’s certain times of the day or not.

Other than the damp mildew smell (which almost all Florida rentals have) it was fantastic. Clean, themed perfectly, communication was great. We even had a grocery delivery without zero issues. This is our third time renting at Windsor and we always enjoy it. Oh, my only complaint is with the resort pool.

Overall a very nice unit in an old complex. Had one minor issue upon arrive and AYP resolved it immediately, without fuss.

Conheci em 2018 a convite de uma amiga e só pensava em retornar com a minha família! Lugar perfeito, super organizado, tudo funciona, academia, piscina, apto super equipado, tem até um mercadinho no condomínio! Administradora sempre pronta a atender e ajudar com minhas dúvidas. Por motivo de força de maior, autorizaram um check-out mais tarde sem nenhum adicional! Muito feliz e satisfeita com nossas férias. Voltarei com certeza!

Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare Lage im Stadtteil Sunny Beach von Miami.
Das Apartment 1008 liegt in der 10. Etage des Marina Bay Clubs, einer privaten Wohnanlage von verschiedenen Eigentümern. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Dumfoundling Bay, wo viele kleine Boote entlang fahren.

Positiv:
viel Strandmobiliar: Strandmatten, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Transportwagen im Apartment vorhanden

Pool im EG, leicht gesalzenes Wasser, ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme, Aussicht auf den Bay. Warmes Wasser durch Außentemperaturen.

Zum Meer mit Sandstrand sind es 10 min zu Fuß über den Simon Deezer Beach access ( zwischen Trump International Beach Resort und The Estates at Acqualina).

Publix Supermarkt 2 min zu Fuß entfernt

Eigener Parkplatz in der Garage im 1. Stock des Gebäudes

Negativ:
Die Einrichtung, insbesondere im Bad, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte renoviert werden.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nur zentral für alle Räume gleichzeitig steuern.
Bis Downtown Miami (Hafen, Art District) oder zum South Beach sind es je nach Verkehrslage 35-45 min mit dem Auto. Dort muss man immer ein Parkhaus fürs Auto suchen, da man kaum an den Straßen parken kann. Miami Park App funktioniert nicht auf deutschen Handys.

An den Vermieter:
Leider verfügt das Apartment über zu wenig Kochgeschirr und Küchenausstattung für 4-6 Personen. Es fehlt: Ein großer Kochtopf (5 Liter), eine große Anti-Haft beschichtete Pfanne, eine Auflaufform, sowie mehr Teller und Schüsseln.
